We make it easy for creators, YouTubers, artists, educators, and anyone with a vision to design their own ethical merchandise, without the stress of starting from scratch. Here’s how the journey flows from your idea to launch:
1. Share Your Vision
Got a sketch, mood board or even a Pinterest inspo folder? Send it over. Whether it's a concept for a graphic tee, a quote, a tone or a full vision for your merch line, we want to see it. This is your chance to tell us what matters to you: style, values, audience, aesthetic.
You can submit your ideas to custom@mindfulmerch.com.au , where you'll also be able to:

Choose from our existing blanks fits (this saves you with months of product development)
We don’t just look at your brief—we absorb it.

2. We Build Your Mock-Up
Once we understand your vision, our team gets to work creating a digital mock-up of your merch. You choose from our ethically made, high-quality blank tees, track pants, jumpers or other styles—all crafted in our own production house.
We can apply your custom dye colours (yes, even mineral dye!) and mock up any placements for prints or embroidery.
You’ll get:

A digital visual of the garment with your customisations and dimensions for print

Notes on sizing, specs and colour details

A chance to give feedback or tweak before approving

3. Sampling & Approval
For custom colours, we create a lab dip sample for you to approve. It ensures your chosen Pantone or custom dye tone matches your expectations.
If you're including added branding or embellishments, such as:

Woven neck tags

Custom swing tags

Branded trims or labels
-
Embroidery (in addition to or instead of print)

Unique packaging or attachments
We will develop a print strike off and send a photo for your confirmation before we add to your physical sample for shipping and final approval before full production. This takes 15-20 workdays plus shipping.
These additions require a bit more setup and coordination with our team. We’ll guide you through it all.
This is where you can truly level up your merch and make it feel like a real brand—not just a tee with a logo, but a cohesive, intentional piece of apparel that’s aligned with your identity.
Once the mock-up and any custom branding components are approved, we prepare the final production setup and order the yarn ready to be dyed.




4. Production & Launch
After approvals, your order moves into production in our ethical production house. Our team takes care of the cutting, dyeing (done at sample stage), sewing, printing or embroidering, label attachment and quality control.
Production lead times typically range from:

4 to 6 weeks for standard custom dye and print or embroidery

6 to 8 weeks if your order includes extras like woven neck tags, swing tags or trims

10 or more weeks for highly detailed custom branding, complex finishes or large order volumes
We’ll always provide a clearer ETA once we confirm your scope and requirements.
Once complete, your unique merch line is packed and shipped to you, ready for launch.
