Delivery Cost & Times

To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and select your preferred shipping method. The cost will vary depending on the total value of your order and the shipping method you choose.

We make every effort to ship most in-stock and wholesale orders on the same day they are placed. In some cases, orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If there is a delay of more than 1–2 days, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard delivery on Australian retail orders over $250. This offer does not apply to wholesale, international, or custom orders unless otherwise stated.

Wholesale orders have separate shipping arrangements and pricing, which will be communicated at the time of quoting or invoicing.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with the shipping confirmation. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

On Delivery of Goods

We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the received goods against the accompanying packing slip within 10 business days from the date of receipt. This step is crucial, particularly if the goods are intended to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated, as there may be instances of picking errors.

It is important to detect any errors before the merchandise is printed or altered in any way, as we are unable to exchange goods that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated.

If you detect a picking error before the order is printed, we will arrange a replacement for you. We recommend that customers personally review all orders before they are sent to the printer.

Pick Up Orders

All online pick-up orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase. If you're unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please email us with an alternate pick-up date at online@mindfulmerch.com.au.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 2 months. If unclaimed within this period, and after we have made reasonable efforts to contact you via email and phone, the items will be returned to stock.

For items picked up after the 14-day window, Mindful Merch cannot be held liable for any incidental damage such as dust, light exposure, or marks.
