DELIVERY COST & TIMES
To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and select your preferred shipping method. The cost will vary depending on the total value of your order and the shipping method you choose.
We understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers. That is why we make every effort to ship most in-stock and wholesale orders on the same day they are placed. However, in some cases, orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If there is a delay of more than 1-2 days, we will make sure to notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard delivery for orders with a total value of $1000 or more (excl. GST).
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with the shipping confirmation. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

ON DELIVERY OF GOODS
We at Mindful Merch are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the correct merchandise and in excellent condition. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the received goods against the accompanying packing slip within a period of 10 business days from the date of receipt. This step is crucial, particularly if the goods are intended to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated, as there may be instances of picking errors.
It is important to detect any errors before the merchandise is printed or altered in any way as we are unable to exchange goods that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated. If you detect a picking error before the order is printed, we will arrange for a replacement for you. This is why we recommend that customers take the time to personally review all orders before they are sent to the printer.
