PRICE & STYLE
The prices of our products may fluctuate and are subject to change without prior notification. The prices that will be applied to an order are the ones that are in effect at the time of invoicing. Mindful Merch reserves the right to make changes to our merchandise, such as altering or discontinuing certain styles, colours, sizes, or materials, without giving prior notice.
PRODUCTION
The final product will have a shade and design that adheres to the industry standard tolerances for commercial products. However, it’s important to note that some colours may have variations in shade between production runs. This is due to the complexity and variability of the dyeing process which may include factors such as the quality of the raw materials, the mordanting process, the pH levels of the dye bath, and the temperature and duration of the dyeing process. Therefore, it’s crucial to ensure that any potential colour variations are acceptable before starting any printing or embellishing process, as these issues cannot be corrected once the production has started. This is especially important when working with natural or eco-friendly dyes which may have more variations in shade than synthetic dyes.
In addition, we would like to inform you that our products are not designed or created with the discharge printing method in mind. We cannot guarantee consistency in discharge printing on our products as we do allow for over-dying to avoid textile wastage. These production policies are in line with our company values and goals to reduce our impact on the environment.
PRINTING DISCLOSURE
Both digital printing and screen printing are effective methods for applying designs to various types of garments. However, the final result may vary depending on the specific printer and ink used, as well as the fibre and GSM (grams per square metre) of the garment. Some printing techniques may produce a high-quality, premium finish, while others may not. To ensure the desired outcome, it is recommended to consult with a professional printer or print shop to determine if their equipment and process are suitable for the specific garment. It is also important to note that our blank garments are specifically designed for printing, and all fibres used are compatible. However, selecting the right professional printer is essential for achieving optimal results.
OEKO-TEX CERTIFICATION
Our products are OEKO-TEX certified, which means they have been tested for harmful substances and meet certain safety standards. It’s important to note that OEKO-TEX certification does not guarantee consistency in shade as the certification is focused on safety standards, not colorfastness. Therefore, it’s crucial to ensure that any potential colour variations are acceptable before starting any printing or embellishing process.
SIZING
It should be noted that during the manufacturing process, it is not possible to completely eliminate small variations in size. The measurements provided on our website are intended to serve as a guide, and it should be expected that there may be some deviation from these measurements. We recommend that customers take this into consideration when placing an order, and ensure that they are comfortable with any potential size variations before proceeding with printing or embellishment. Please be aware that any concerns regarding size variations will not be able to be resolved after the order has been printed or decorated.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Once custom orders are finalised and placed a nonrefundable deposit is due on placement of order.
Lead times can vary from 6 -14wks depending on your order but you will be advised and updated on ETAs once your order is confirmed. If any unforeseen delays may occur during production revised timelines will be updated by Mindful Merch.
All logo placements are approved and accepted by paying deposit.
Final quantities overall and per size often vary once they undergo final Quality Control. Any that fall below standard will be removed. We aim to produce a couple more per size, in some instances if there are no quality control issues there may be a couple more per size meaning some quantities may be slightly less or more than ordered amount which will be reflected on your final invoice.

- Always read and follow the care instructions that come with your garment. Mindful Merch provides specific care instructions to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
- Use eco-friendly laundry detergent when washing your Mindful Merch garments. This will help minimise the environmental impact of your laundry routine.
- Avoid using fabric softener when washing your Mindful Merch garments. Fabric softener can damage the fibres in the fabric and reduce the durability of the garment.
- Hand wash or use a gentle cycle when washing your Mindful Merch garments. This will help protect the fibres and prolong the life of the garment.
- Line dry your Mindful Merch garments. Avoid using a dryer, which can shrink and damage the fibers in the fabric.
- If your Mindful Merch garment starts to show signs of wear and tear, consider repairing or mending it. This can help prolong the life of the garment and reduce waste.
It’s important to note that natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and hemp can shrink and fade over time. This is because natural fibers are more sensitive to heat and agitation than synthetic fibers.
When natural fibers are exposed to high heat, they will shrink. This is why it’s important to avoid using a dryer when washing your Mindful Merch garments, and instead line dry them.
Fading can occur when natural fibers are exposed to sunlight or chlorine. To prevent fading, it’s best to wash your Mindful Merch garments in cold water and avoid using bleach or chlorine-based detergents. When hanging your garment outside to dry, try to avoid direct sunlight.
By following the care instructions provided by Mindful Merch, and taking care to avoid shrinking and fading, you can ensure that your natural fabric garments will last a long time and continue to look great.
