GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Mindful Merch. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Mindful Merch reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All dispatch and delivery timeframes provided by Mindful Merch are estimates only.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Mindful Merch is not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or damages caused in transit that are outside of our control.

Delivery timeframes may be impacted by peak periods, carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping over $150 applies to Australian retail orders only.

This offer does not apply to:

• Wholesale orders

• International orders

• Custom orders unless otherwise stated

Wholesale orders have separate shipping arrangements and pricing, which will be communicated at the time of quoting or invoicing.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Mindful Merch is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any redelivery or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

PROMOTIONS & SALE ITEMS

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been processed or completed.

Mindful Merch is unable to retrospectively apply discounts to existing orders.

SALE ITEMS

All items marked as SALE are final sale.

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Please allow additional dispatch time during sale periods.

3 FOR $90 BUNDLE

The 3 for $90 bundle promotion applies only to selected core blank styles.

Eligible products will always include a subtitle on the product page referencing the 3 for $90 bundle.

This promotion is not a stacked discount and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, or promotion unless explicitly stated. The 3 for $90 offer applies to one bundle of three tees only per order.

The following items are not included in the 3 for $90 bundle:

• Limited edition styles
• Specialty tees
• New releases
• Kids tees

Bundle discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Mindful Merch reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

PRICING & STYLES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices applied to your order are those in effect at the time of invoicing.

Mindful Merch reserves the right to alter, update, or discontinue any product, style, colour, size, fabric, or material without prior notice.

RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

Mindful Merch complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Colour preference

• Sale items

• Items that have been worn, washed, printed, embroidered, or altered

FAULTY ITEMS

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Supporting photos

Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Merch’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Mindful Merch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or delays resulting from the use of our products.

PRODUCTION & COLOUR VARIATION

All garments are produced within accepted industry standard tolerances for commercial apparel.

Due to the nature of dyeing, especially with natural and eco-friendly dyes, variations in colour may occur between production runs. Factors influencing variation include raw materials, dye processes, pH levels, temperature, and dye duration.

Once printing, embroidery, or embellishment has commenced, colour variations cannot be corrected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any potential variation is acceptable prior to production.

Mindful Merch garments are not designed for discharge printing. Consistency cannot be guaranteed due to over-dyeing practices used to reduce textile wastage, in line with our environmental values.

PRINTING DISCLOSURE

Final print results may vary depending on the printer, ink type, garment fibre, and GSM.

While all Mindful Merch blanks are designed for printing, Mindful Merch is not responsible for print outcomes once garments are supplied to third-party printers. Customers are encouraged to consult with a professional printer to ensure suitability.

OEKO-TEX CERTIFICATION

Our products are OEKO-TEX certified and meet strict safety standards for harmful substances.

OEKO-TEX certification relates to safety only and does not guarantee colour consistency or colourfastness.

SIZING

Minor size variations can occur during manufacturing. Measurements provided are a guide only.

Size variations cannot be rectified once garments have been printed or embellished. Please ensure suitability prior to ordering.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are non-refundable.

If you change your mind prior to dispatch, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

PICK-UP ORDERS

Online pick-up orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 2 months. If uncollected after this period, and after reasonable attempts to contact you, items will be returned to stock.

Mindful Merch is not liable for incidental damage such as dust, light exposure, or marks on orders collected outside the 14-day window.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit once finalised.

Lead times generally range from 6–16 weeks, depending on order complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided at confirmation and updated if required.

Sampling timeframes of 15–20 days apply to one sample. Orders with multiple styles, colours, prints, or embroidery will require additional time.

All logo placements and design details are approved once the deposit is paid.

Final quantities may vary slightly after Quality Control. Any variance will be reflected on the final invoice.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Follow the care label provided

• Use eco-friendly detergent

• Avoid fabric softeners

• Hand wash or use a gentle cycle

• Line dry only

Natural fibres such as cotton, linen, and hemp may shrink or fade over time. Avoid heat, chlorine, and prolonged direct sunlight to maintain garment integrity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Mindful Merch website, including but not limited to images, product descriptions, text, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of Mindful Merch.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

FORCE MAJEURE

Mindful Merch will not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier interruptions.
