Use the charts below as a guide for Mindful Merch blank fits. All garment measurements are taken flat in centimetres. For individual garment measurements, visit the product page and click the size guide link next to the sizes.
Flat Measurements
All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat on a surface, not on the body.
Size Variations
Garment dyed items may measure slightly differently due to the dyeing and washing process. A tolerance of up to 2cm is normal.
