MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS:

We love to help bring your designs to life with our personalised manufacturing approach. To create your custom styles, please follow these simple steps for each new style and colour you desire:

Choose Your Blanks:

• If you're uncertain about which style best complements your design, we strongly recommend purchasing a few one-offs from our range. This allows you to test the fit, fabric, and GSM (Grams per Square Meter) to ensure they align perfectly with your vision.

Select Your Color/s + GSM:

• We offer a selection of Pantone Colors that have been thoroughly lab-tested and approved by us (view our colour options [here]. However, we also provide the flexibility to dye your custom garments to any Pantone colour of your choice. We offer Organic Cotton in 160, 180 + 220 gsm for our Tshirts, if your wanting a higher gsm please note the price will increase.

Determine Your Size Run:

• While there's a minimum requirement per colour and style (150 units), you have the liberty to distribute your sizes within this quantity. Please review the size options available for your chosen style, typically ranging from 5-6 sizes.

Prepare Your Designs:

• Your designs should be of professional quality and high resolution. We require your design files in both AI (Adobe Illustrator) and PDF formats. Should you need assistance, we can create mockups, or you may send us your mockups with dimensions and placement details.

Custom Tags:

• For custom orders, we offer the option to incorporate your branding, such as neck prints or tags featuring your logo and size information, care labels, and swing tags. Please provide these files in AI or PDF formats.

Submit Your Order:

Once we receive your chosen colours, quantities, and print details, we'll confirm the pricing and initiate the production process. Typically, a 50% deposit is required. Our standard turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks from this point.

• Sample Option:
• If you wish to have a sample for final confirmation before proceeding with bulk production, you can certainly do so. Please provide the above information. Note that a sample fee applies (STARTING AT $75).

All custom orders are packaged paper garment bags with mindful merch logo. This is to help protect garments. If you require custom bags this can be arranged. (SET UP FEES APPLY)
